Are all kinesiology modalities, trainings, courses and programs the same?
No. They differ widely in clinical structure, relevance, and outcomes. Many older modalities lack modern frameworks for emotional regulation, trauma safety, and consistent in-clinic application.
CK™ is an advanced, contemporary, principle-driven system that integrates emotional, neurological, and energetic dimensions within a clear, repeatable clinical structure.
It is continuously refined through active clinical use and practitioner feedback, and is one of the fastest-growing kinesiology modalities in Australia.
Do I need to have prior knowledge or experience in HEALTH to enrol in THE CK101™ beginner course?
There are no prerequisites for the beginners foundation course and everyone is welcome to enrol in CK101™.
You simply need:
- the desire to: learn, be present, assist others, raise consciousness
- be interested in: unlocking your potential and that for others
- and open to embrace your own healing journey throughout the learning process.
The energetic shifts, healing and growth we observe in students during class are profound.
Do you have to be spiritual OR intuitive to study CK™?
No. CK™ is used by physiotherapists, pharmacists, nutritionists, and allied health professionals, as well as intuitive practitioners through to very beginners. The system’s built-in structure and checks provide a safe, reliable framework for clinical growth — regardless of background.
What if I am questioning my ability to be able to muscle test?
Muscle reflex testing is a gentle, non-invasive, must know life skill that you will have plenty of practice time to master and feel your way into during the beginners six-day introductory CK101™’.
Your CK101™ Teacher will work with you to determine the best testing method uniquely for you. You will be surprised how quickly you pick up muscle testing – all learnt before your first tea break on the first day of the CK101™.
Where are the courses located?
Our courses are facilitated by CK™ in-person in Australia, New Zealand, Ireland and Netherlands (with specialised training available directly with Kylie live, as well as online worldwide).

What is the minimum age to study CK™ and become a CK™ Practitioner?
The minimum age for all CK101™ courses and the CK™ Practitioner Certification is 16 years. This age requirement supports the emotional maturity, self-awareness and responsibility needed for the depth of personal exploration, energetic work and client-focused skills within the modality.
How do I enrol in a course?
You can search and discover course information via our homepage as well as the menu section.
Once you have found your preferred course, select the ‘Contact Us' button if you have questions/need to know if you are eligible, or 'Book Now’/Enrol Now' button if you are ready to secure your seat with a deposit for that course.
Please note, all our students must start with our 6-day CK101™ short course. This ensures you are in the best position to take as much as possible in from your higher level trainings with us and allows you to make a fully informed choice whether to invest your time, energy and finances into our larger programs.
Our trainings are not for entertainment - they are the serious personal development-practitioner level focused so, it is important to us that we are the right fit for each other.

When should I enrol in a course?
We suggest you enrol in an CK101™ course as soon as enrolments open up (as many teachers have both minimum and maximum class numbers), enrolling early ensures you get a seat and your teacher has all your material ready for you. Places are limited and courses regularly sell out. Early registration is recommended.
What is the investment to LEARN CK101™?
All individual course investment prices can be found via our course information pages on the website (see the drop down menu on the top right of each page). At The Acceleration Institute for Natural Therapists, a non-refundable deposit of just $500AUD is required to administrate your enrolment and process your order.
Note: if you are training with a teacher other than Kylie, depending on the package you select/your teachers unique offers/your own specific needs, prices can vary so please be sure to check all the details prior to registration.
What is the investment to become a Certified CK™ Practitioner?
Certification is completed through the structured CK™ Practitioner Pathway.

Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we do. To enrol, simply book online via the appropriate link for the course you want. A non-refundable deposit/administration fee for each course you are enrolling in is applied.
If you opt for a 'deposit only', the remaining balance must be paid in line with our terms and conditions for the course your are joining. Visit our Terms and Conditions page for full details.
Depending on your circumstances, we occasionally offer formal payment plans for programs for VIP students - speak to Kylie’s administration team directly if this is needed.
If I pay for the full program upfront, do I receive a discount?
We champian committment, action and certainty. Because we are so confident in the exceptional value the CK™ program provides, we are happy to fully back our courses.
We truly value commitment, clarity, and follow-through. While we don’t position this as a 'discount,' practitioners who choose to pay in full are recognised for that commitment.

Can I switch between TEACHERS FOR CK101, CKI and ckii?
Under most circumstances, yes, you can. We understand there may be schedule clashes for students. Therefore, you can enrol in different courses with different teachers (provided you have met the course prerequisites and that they are licensed to teach the level you are wishing to study).
*Please note that non-refundable deposits/administration fees and course payments cannot be transferred between CK™ Teachers, so choose your course and teacher prior to enrolling.

What is provided by my Instructor?
All course enrolments include an accompanying comprehensive, colour training manual and workbook, as well as a CK™ tool kit for the level you are learning.
Your CK™ teacher will also provide a learning space equipped with:
*Please note: training massage tables have various weight limits ranging from 110-130kgs. Students who may exceed this limit or have physical reasons that may prevent them from lying on the massage tables will be able to do practical testing from a seated position to comply with OH&S regulations and ensure student safety.
Please speak directly to your teacher to communicate and special needs you may have.
What do I wear?
We suggest you wear comfortable, non-restrictive clothing, as you will be moving around a bit throughout the day and getting on/off massage tables. Your CK™ Teacher may ask you to remove your shoes upon entering any classroom/training room, so you may wish to bring a pair of warm socks for colder days and/or wear easy to remove footwear.

Can I repeat a course?
Yes, you can repeat any of the CK™ courses you have previously attended. Kylie offers a repeat course at 50% of the original course fee.
Your original CK™ teacher will likely offer a 50% repeater course discount fee for you to repeat a CK™course - as always check with them directly for their uptodate pricing.
*Note: repeater conditions will be implemented: e.g. you will be required to bring your manual along with you (or prepurchase a new one).
Contact your CK™ teacher to discuss your enrolment.
If you wish to repeat with a CK™ teacher other than or original trainer, typically full fees apply.

Who can enrol in the CK™ program?
Anyone, anywhere in the world is welcome to enrol. The CK™ program is open to international, interstate, regional and metro-based students who are passionate about kinesiology, personal growth and healthcare. You can read more about our programs and apply through the website.
Is there possibility to train online?
Depending on a few circumstances (including the country you reside in) this may be a possibility. We are primarily focused on physically imparting kinesiology skills (it is a touch-based modality), physical kinesiological skills are vital to master the modality for success. With physical skills mastered we do have options for online study, please contact us directly so we can assist your particular circumstances.
What do i need to know about the classes?
What time zone are the live CK™ classes held in?
Live sessions are scheduled in the time zone of the instructor. Kylie’s schedule is always set to Sydney time.
Each CK™ teacher offers their own set of course dates and times, allowing you to enrol in the option that best suits your availability and location.
What if I cannot attend a session live?
If you are unable to attend a live session, please contact your teacher immediately. There may be options to attend that specific day at a later time and/or attain notes covering from the day missed. Ideally, full attendance is required for the highest success and to maintain flow, understanding, and progression through the program.
To support your learning and certification pathway, students must attend a minimum of 90% of live sessions to be eligible to complete the CK™ Pathway and enrol in the CK™ Practitioner Certification Training Program.
Can I ask questions?
Absolutely. You are encouraged to stay engaged and connected through our training and can contact your CK™ Teacher directly with any questions during your cohort (questions after your live training window can be addressed in appropriate ongoing support spaces such as CK Support Days).
What is the final practical skills competency assessment?
Upon completing all course components (live event, workbook, practice logs), students are required to undertake a live CK™ Assessment Day with their licensed CK™ Teacher.
This final assessment ensures practical competency across all core skills, techniques and that session deliver structure is mastered before you officially leave your training container.
The session includes supportive mentoring and the opportunity to demonstrate key practical techniques and kinesiology skills.
For CK101™ students are scored both numerically (for those who strive for greatness) with ‘Competent’ or ‘Not Yet Competent’ marking process employed during the skill assessment process, to allow us to provide clear guidance for any areas needing further development. The opportunity to re-sit the assessment is available up to three times only. If a re-sit is required the entire assessment must be re-sit with workbooks/logbook that are current only needing to be submit once within your training period.
Duration: between 2.5-3hours depending on the CK™ level.
Costs for Assessments: depending on whether you choose to sit an assessment as part of a group or privately, these range between AUD $0-$750 ex. GST.
Pricing depending on or teachers course packages (please ask prior to signing up so you know well in advance).
Your course material includes: full access to assessment guidelines (located at the back of your manual), and a comprehensive workbook for assessment preparation.
(You can also request this prior to sign up should you wish.)
You can also receive a supportive one-on-one session, and personalised mentoring if required.
Is CK™ recognised within Australia and Internationally?
Yes, we are fully accredited and certified with all leading kinesiology associations across Australia, NZ, Ireland and by the International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT) as a recognised Premier Training Provider under ‘Specialised Kinesiology’ for the CK101™ modality and our CK™ series.
IICT is an independent international professional industry body that provides membership and insurance for our CK™ Practitioners globally.
What tools and resources do I need to start working with CK™?
CK™ is a powerful, authentic empowerment modality that works by delivering high level competence, confidence and consciousness to every student (who participates).
Because the single most potent tool we give you is understanding, decoding and working directly with the innate intelligence of the human body, and it’s intrinsic abilities, extra ‘tools’ are not needed to achieve effective clinical results. We teach you knowledge for life.
Part of the unique inclusions within CK™ is that we facilitate in creating powerful energetic, emotional, mental and biochemical shifts.
Your CK™ experience requires:
- an open mind
- teachable attitude
- tenacity and
- your own body.
As you progress through the program, we will show you how to incorporate other modalities and physical resources into your session work - CK™ is all encompassing and we will show you how to work cohesively with all other skills, knowledge and resources you have.
Can I enrol in the INTRODUCTION CORSE CK101™ and not study the entire CK pathway?
Absolutely. Not everyone that learns the CK101™ introductory course wants to become a qualified Kinesiologist, create a business and see clients.
There is no formal commitment or contract to continue studying or become a Certified CK™ Practitioner.
You can come along to a CK101™ introduction course to learn about kinesiology and how to muscle reflex test, tap into the subconscious mind, gain techniques and a simple correction process that gets tangible results for your personal development and to assist your family, friends and general wellbeing (or just for the interest and fun!).
*Note: we do need to warn you that 95% of attendees love CK101™ so much that they do end up joining us for CKI™ (so come prepared to be inspired!).
Do I have to complete the entire CK101™ Program in the same year?
No, you don’t. CK101™, CKI™ and CKII™ each have a generous 18-month completion window.
Typically, course completion for CK101™ is 3-6months, for CKI™ and CKII™ 6-12 months is realistic with 18months the period taken by those who have a heavy workload/other priorities outside of their studies.
From past statistics, it has been found that students who maintain their momentum and commit to their studies have a higher success rate. It is recommended to carve out the training period and two hours per week to integrate your skills when you join us for this training.
Can I study CK™ if I live outside of Australia or a major city?
Yes, absolutely. Depending on your circumstances we may be able to accommodate online training. We have teachers located across Australia, New Zealand and in other countries across the globe too.

Wherever you are in the world, you can access the full CK™ training experience. (Some of our teacher also travel to various locations, so even if nothing is advertised in your location, it always pays to check with us directly.)

How many courses do I have to complete to become a Certified CK™ Practitioner?
Following CK101™, you will have the skills and confidence to deliver effective sessions that get results that are experience/tangible for yourself, with your family and loved ones. You must however complete CKI™ to competency to gain the minimum requirements to attain a professional level of competence that then gives you the ability to gain insurance to work with the public.
The CK™ modality consists of three main parts:
- 6-day CK101™ Introduction course
- CKI™ (competency = practitioner qualification) and CKII™, with CKIII™ advanced training.
- Electives - CCK™, BBKF™, WK™ and BTB™ that you may choose to go on to study to enhance and refine your clinical skills - these are not essential but many practitioners enjoy the support and deeper level training these provide once the have learned the main skills and the structure.
What are the homework and assessment criteria?
Students are required to demonstrate competency via a few methods. These are verbal, practical and written assessments for CK101™ with a 50% pass mark (included grading recognition for those who achieve outstanding results) and by written and practical for CKI-III™ with an 80% pass mark.
Workbooks and skill practice logs also form part of our assessment criteria for all courses.
CK101™ utilizes a multiple-choice assessment and short answer assessment are required to be completed for each of our higher level CKI-III™ courses to obtain proficiency.
The CK™ modality is an ‘adult style learning’ workshop model.
All homework tasks can be completed in your own time, and all practical assessments adopt an ‘open book’ policy with closed book only for the written/verbal aspects.

Do I need to complete the AT HOME COMPONENTS (WORKBOOK AND PRACTiSE HOURS) before enrolling in the next course in the pathway?
No, often students transition directly from CK101™ to CKI™ within three months, but it is recommended you keep up your skills between courses so that you extract the most value from each training. It is your responsibility to keep up with your workbooks/logbooks.
You are not required to complete competency unless you are studying to become a professional/work with the public. Over the years many students have joined the programs for their own healing/personal interest.
Note: there is a world of difference between qualified competent practitioners and people who simply attend courses. We encourage you strongly to become a qualified CK™ Practitioner (as you practice the skills, your knowledge deepens and mastery can be fully achieved).
Is there anything else important to know?
CK™ is an educational training for beginners (studying out of interest/curiosity) and those seeking practitioner skills and status (whether they have a healthcare background or are a newly forming practitioner).
It does not provide medical advice and does not qualify participants to diagnose or treat medical conditions outside their existing scope of practice. Individual results will vary.
Attendance only students outcomes are distinctly different from those choosing to complete assessments and competency components.
